Todd Kegler has joined BakerHostetler as a partner with the business practice group and as a member of the mergers and acquisitions team in Columbus, Ohio, the firm said Monday.
Kegler represents clients on mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, recapitalizations, reorganizations, Employee Stock Ownership Plan formations, and joint ventures, according to BakerHostetler.
He also works on business planning matters relating to C corporations, S corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships, BakerHostetler said.
