Parts of Davis are being evacuated due to a bomb threat at the Yolo County Library, officials said.Dispatchers with the Davis Police Department were told of the purported bomb inside the library shortly after 2 p.m. People are asked to avoid the area near the library on East 14th Street between F and Oak streets.
