Direct Flights from Ahmedabad to Jaisalmer and Agra

Indigo Airlines will use a 78-seater aircraft to connect Ahmedabad with Jaisalmer and Agra on a daily basis.

Ahmedabad: On October 29, 2023, Indigo Airlines is scheduled to launch direct daily flight services between Ahmedabad and two popular tourist sites, Jaisalmer in Rajasthan and Agra in Uttar Pradesh. In addition to providing more travel options, these additional routes will result in lower airfare prices. Indigo Airlines will use a 78-seater aircraft to connect Ahmedabad with Jaisalmer and Agra on a daily basis.

Flights to Jaisalmer Direct

The flight is expected to take off at 3:05 pm from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport (SVPI) and arrive in Jaisalmer at 5:00 pm. The flight from Jaisalmer to Ahmedabad will depart at 5:20 p.m. and arrive at 7:10 p.m.

Flights to Agra Direct

The plane is scheduled to take off at 10:40 am from the city’s SVPI Airport and arrive in Agra at 12:35 pm. The scheduled return flight from Agra is at 3:25 pm, and it will land in Ahmedabad at 5:30 pm.

Notably, there aren’t any direct flights operating on this route at the moment. Starting on October 29, these new flight services will be available in accordance with every airline’s winter timetable.

On Sunday, Air India began operating a nonstop route between Bengaluru and Singapore. The direct link between the two important cities will be made possible by the new service.

The route, which will be conducted four days a week on Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, will be operated by an Airbus A321 aircraft with a two-class configuration of 170 Economy and 12 Business Class seats. It is anticipated that the new flight connection will improve trade and tourism between the two cities.

Additionally, Air India said that, as of Sunday, there will be thirteen weekly flights instead of the previous seven from Mumbai to Singapore. At the moment, Air India connects the Merlion City with 38 nonstop flights to Singapore per week from Delhi (14 flights), Mumbai (13 flights), Chennai (7 flights), and Bengaluru (4 flights).
