Driver in blacked out vehicle reaches speeds over 120 mph through San Fernando Valley – NBC Los Angeles

The driver of an allegedly stolen car led officers with the Los Angeles Police Department on a high-speed pursuit that came to an end in the San Fernando Valley.

The pursuit initiated in the downtown Los Angeles area and made its way to through several cities in the San Fernando Valley.

The driver reached speeds over 120 mph and continued with the headlights off. Another passenger was believed to have been in the car.

The chase came to an end in the Sylmar area where the driver exited the vehicle and tried to run into a nearby business.

He walked away and tried to run from police but was quickly apprehended. The second person has not been located.
