Classes will be 30 minutes and will start at 2 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.

The fitness franchise’s owner, Christian Silva, has a personal connection to Make-A-Wish Connecticut, as he has a special needs son who was given a “once-in-a lifetime experience,” by the organization 10 years ago, according to the company.

Silva has worked as an elite personal trainer, managed various gym facilities, led successful sales teams, and spent a lot of time in corporate fitness.

A father of two, Silva started offering in-home personal training sessions for his friends and neighbors to be closer to home for his family.

When he realized that scaling his independent personal training business was “a tall order,” according to a company statement, he explored various fitness franchises before ultimately selecting GYMGUYZ.

The mobile business model that gives appealed to him in part because it gives him the flexibility he needs to care for his special needs son.

“I’ve always loved working in an industry that gives people tools for living well, and even just a few months into serving my local area, I can see that my team and I are making a huge difference,” said Silva.

“Being able to work with people of all ages and abilities wherever is convenient for them makes fitness more accessible than ever before.”

GYMGUYZ utilizes a fleet of bright red branded vehicles to bring the personal trainer, equipment, and workout to clients.
