Star Wars Battlefront Classics Collection:

We start this month off with the return of a legend. Originally released in 2004 and 2005 Star Wars Battlefront and Battlefront II have long since been fan favorites in the Star Wars community. Which makes it especially exciting that the team over at Aspyr are bringing back both games, with 4K fresh coat of paint, improved FPS and all original content in tact. That’s not all though, because not only will you be able to conquer the galaxy far far away with your returning favorite characters, but you can do it in 64 player multiplayer matches. Plus Aspyr has announced new maps and playable characters will join the iconic shooter throughout the year. Just like the simulations, take the command post when Star Wars Battlefront Classics Collections releases March 14th for PS4/PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X Nintendo Switch and PC.

Rise of the Ronin:

Speaking of rising, March 22nd is coincidentally home to not 1 but 2 games about someone rising up. I mean two isnt a lot but it’s werid that they are happening on the same day. Yes, Team Ninja’s Rise of the Ronin is collective crescendo of all the studios previously released games. Japan, 1883. The western Black Ships have darkened the shores of the nation, sending it spiraling into turmoil. Amongst the chaos of this struggling nation a masterless samurai sets out to forge the very destiny of Japan. Featuring intense and wonderfully accessible combat that opens up layers of complexity to those who want it, you’ll take on period accurate foes. Experience multiple endings, where your critical choices really impact what happens. Take up the blade and bullet to decide the fate of all of Japan when Rise of the Ronin launches exclusively on PlayStation 5 on you guessed it March 22nd.

In fact these are just a small taste of this months offerings, if you want the full list head over to KWTX.com and click on the Hardwired Gaming News tab. Before I go I just want to say, no matter what system you play on, how hardcore of a player you are, please always remember that human beings worked tirelessly for years on them just so you can play.
