The Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce is in a “transition” phase, according to President Gina Pence when she commented on the changeover to Pippley AI recently.
“The chamber has been researching new platforms and websites with the latest AI (artificial intelligence) technology to help local businesses grow and keep our community engaged,” Pence said. “Pippily AI recently launched its new platform offering the latest AI technology for business and the community all in one platform.”
In a monthly newsletter, Pence writes: “Pippley by Chamber Nation is a cutting-edge platform that offers a range of features tailored to meet the unique needs of our diverse membership.”
According to the newsletter, members as of Dec. 30, no longer had access to a program known as “Chamber Master.” The chamber will continue to use its website and social media to promote events and activities until all data has been transferred to the Pippley AI platform.
“Introducing Pippily AI to our chamber will revolutionize member services, offering an unparalleled suite of tools — from a modern dashboard to a community job board. With innovative features like Pippily AI for advertising and a business ratings system, our members now have a powerful platform to thrive,” Pence said. “The all-inclusive support center, coupled with video training, ensures their success is our priority. This addition reaffirms our commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions for business growth and community engagement.”
According to Pence, The system is not, technically, up and running yet. There is a planning stage as information is transferred from Chamber Master to Pippley AI. A completion date has not been posted yet, but Pence is hopeful it will be soon.
“Pippley by Chamber Nation is a cutting-edge platform that offers a range of features tailored to meet the unique needs of our diverse membership,” Pence said.
The chamber has more information about the new program, including a video, on its website, hhchamber.com.
The Heights chamber has more than 800 members, according to its website.
