Recently, Korean tech major Samsung had launched a meal planning and suggestion platform, called Samsung Food. Helping with meal-planning, the app also allows one with saving recipes, sharing the same, and grocery shopping. You can also discover new recipes based on one’s eating preferences, or restrictions, etc, which helps you plan your meals in a fuzz-free manner. Helping with grocery shopping, it turns a recipe or a meal plan into a smart shopping list, which one can carry to the grocery store, or look online. It also helps you with a detailed information on nutrition and calories for any recipe, even those that the user builds. By the face of it, it makes being and staying healthy, easier.

MyFitnessPal

When it comes to nutrition, food, and health — MyFitnessPal generally feature at the top of the list. It not only offers nutrition plans and recipe ideas, but also makes meal tracking extremely easy. Probably the best thing about this app is its interface and the ease of use. It offers enough guns to fight your fitness battle, while nowhere making the experience jarring.

If you are looking for good customisation along with a nice user interface, Eat This Much is where you should head to. For helping plan the meals, it allows you several major diets to choose from, such as vegetarian, vegan and keto diet. It helps you achieve your nutrition target while also helping with your grocery list. “Tell us your diet goals, the foods you like, your budget, and what your schedule looks like, and we’ll automatically generate a complete meal plan to meet your requirements,” it says. Both free and premium options are available and the app is available to both Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store users.

MealPrepPro

Another app that can make you a pro in your nutrition game is the MealPrepPro. It offers you recipes based on your calorie needs, even factoring in what one likes and dislikes. The going about the app is extremely easy. You just need to sign in, and add a bit of information, for example, your likes and dislikes, how many meals you need to plan, etc, and the platform whips interesting recipes for lunch and dinner, along with the nutritional info. Like several such apps, it also has a grocery list option, so that you know exactly what to buy, saving you both time and effort. Here, again customisation and users’ experience stand out.

Paprika

This is another app you can try when it comes to planning your meals and achieving your fitness goals. “Paprika is an app that helps you organise your recipes, make meal plans, and create grocery lists,” it says. Not just that, its web importing featuring allows the user to browse for any recipe on the web and download and save into Paprika as soon as she finds it. In a way, it helps you make your personalised cookbook of sorts. Paprika is available for download on iOS, Android, Mac and Windows.

Interestingly, as per reports, ChatGPT, the famous AI chatbot, can also help users with meal planning and recipes. One just needs to enter the preferences, goals, restrictions, etc, and it offers you with some interesting options. Having said that, the answers are not vetted by experts, hence, it is better to remain cautious. However, there is no wrong in taking some inspiration.
