“Usually, somebody will call and say they’re from Medicare, from insurance, from Arnot Health or [a] hospital. They’ll ask different kinds of questions. They’ll want to verify your Medicare number or your date of birth, or social security number, generally things related to identity theft,” said the Corporate Compliance Analyst for Arnot Health, Robin Landolf.
