In a recent Instagram post, Ashika gave her followers a sneak peek into her intense gym workout routine. The video showcased her engaging in various exercises, including running, squats, and weightlifting, looking altogether at a hardcore gym schedule. After getting all the sweat out, she is seen enjoying coconut water.

Accompanying the post was a caption in which Ashika expressed her enthusiasm for getting back into action after a break from intense workouts. She credited her trainer for pushing her limits and emphasised the importance of such rigorous sessions in her fitness regimen.
