BBC Strictly Come Dancing fans blast judges as they say ‘wrong person went’ in latest elimination

Strictly Come Dancing fans are not happy with the latest exit from the BBC dance show after show judges opted to save Angela Rippon over Adam Thomas.

With the much-coveted chance to appear at Blackpool just around the corner, tensions are getting high on the dance contest as it heads towards its eight week.

With the cast and crew upping sticks for the annual trip to the UK’s ‘home of ballroom’ on Saturday night, everyone wants their chance to shine at the iconic Blackpool Tower venue with its bouncing floors and unrivalled atmosphere.

But unfortunately for former Emmerdale star Adam, as writes the Mirror, he won’t be joining his fellow stars as he was booted out after the latest dance-off on Sunday night.

Adam, 35, and partner Luba Mushtuk had found themselves in the bottom two and facing Angela Rippon, 79, and partner Kai Widdrington.

One said: “Only caught the dance off of this week’s #Strictly and it was clearly the wrong decision?” While one was in agreement, adding: “Sorry, wrong decision. Adam had a lot of potential to keep getting better, his scores have been consistently climbing. Angela is great, especially considering her age, but she has a lot of experience, and realistically she won’t get any better than she is now. #strictly.”

Another fan wrote: “No hate to Angela at all, because I think she is getting too much negativity from people. But I do think Adam danced better in the dance off, Angela’s waltz was very lumpy. Sorry but I think the judges made the wrong decision.”

Some people claimed they believe the show is rigged to ensure certain celebs are at Blackpool this Saturday.
