WHEATFIELD, — Board-certified nurse practitioner Jennifer Rayner, FNP-C, is now seeing patients at Franciscan Wheatfield Health Center.
Rayner received her Master of Science in nursing at Purdue University Global in West Lafayette and her Bachelor of Science in nursing at Purdue University in West Lafayette.
Rayner specializes in treatment and diagnosis for patients with acute and chronic illnesses and providing superior patient care while respecting the dignity of the individual and family.
