Raashii Khanna has opened up about the underwhelming box office performance of her recent release Yodha, an aerial action thriller that hit theaters last month. In an interview with India Today, Raashii expressed the challenge of drawing audiences to cinemas, knowing that the film will eventually be available on OTT platforms.

Discussing the reception of Yodha at the box office, Raashii remarked, “Maybe there’s somebody who loves it, then somebody who hates it. There’ll always be all kinds of people, but obviously, we want, when the film is released, a lot of people should like it. I think the challenge has been to bring them to theatres still, because now everyone knows that the film will be released on OTT. So that is a challenge that even people face.”

The Delhi High Court granted divorce to celebrity chef Kunal Kapur on Tuesday on the ground of cruelty meted out to him by his estranged wife, saying the woman’s conduct towards him was devoid of dignity and empathy.
The high court allowed Kapur’s appeal challenging a family court’s order denying him divorce and said it is a settled position of law that making reckless, defamatory, humiliating and unsubstantiated allegations against a spouse in public amounts to cruelty.
Actor-musician Ayushmann Khurrana has signed a global recording deal with entertainment company Warner Music India. The first release from the partnership is set to drop in May.
Ayushmann, who has lent his vocal prowess to numbers such as ‘Mitti Di Khushboo’, ‘Paani Da Rang’, and ‘Mere Liye Tum Kaafi Ho’, said: “I have always wanted to collaborate with like-minded people in my pursuit of creative excellence.”
He said that he wants to take his music to a global audience.
He added: “I’m confident that with Warner Music India by my side, I will make some significant strides in this realm. I cannot wait to unveil my next song to people. It will be a new sound that people haven’t heard from me before, which is extremely exciting personally for me.”
