Former NBA Player Calls Out Draymond Green After Latest Ejection

Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green was ejected vs. the Orlando Magic just four minutes into the game, and while his team was able to hang on and get a win, another ejection is certainly not what Green or the Warriors wanted.

During a recent episode of FanDuel’s Run It Back show, former Memphis Grizzlies forward Chandler Parsons called out Green, saying, “I don’t care how intense, how emotional you are as a player, you have to be under control. You’re an adult, you’re a man.”

Green took accountability during an episode of his podcast, saying, “I said what I said, I deserved to get kicked out after that point. If I’m all the way honest with y’all, I kinda was trying to turn my body and angle it and go to the bench, I said what I said a little too soon before angling my body to the bench… It just can’t happen. We need to win games. Like I said, not going to overreact. Stuff is never as good as it seems, never as bad as it seems. I know where I am, I understand what I’m doing moving forward. My position, just make sure that that’s the exception and not the rule.”

As previously mentioned, Golden State hung on to get the win without Green, which made the situation not as bad as it could have been.
