Ganapath, starring Tiger Shroff, Kriti Sanon and Amitabh Bachchan, released its teaser on Friday. The film is scheduled to release on October 20.
The teaser of Tiger Shroff, Amitabh Bachchan and Kriti Sanon starrer Ganapath released on Friday and it gives a glimpse of the world that Vikas Bahl has created for his upcoming film. Ganapath is set in 2070 in a dystopian world where people are living on the streets and are struggling against the regime in-charge. Here, Tiger is shown as the warrior hero who will fight against all evil, with, of course, a few dance numbers as well as some action moves.
Amitabh Bachchan’s voice over introduces the film’s world in the teaser and it looks like he will play the sage guide to Tiger in the film. Kriti Sanon, who recently won a National Film Award for her work in Mimi, can be seen doing some stunts and appears in a dance number with Tiger here. Ganapath’s teaser ends with a shot of the horizon where one can see an image of Lord Ganesha in the clouds.

Ganapath is set to have a pan-Indian release and will release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. The film is set to release on October 20. The film was previously being promoted as Ganapath Part 1, but it looks like the makers have dropped ‘Part 1’ from their title now.
Tiger was last seen in Heropanti 2 in 2022 which did not generate great reviews or box office collections. The actor’s last hit was in 2020, Baaghi 3, which released just before the pandemic. Tiger also has Bade Miyan Chote Miyan in the pipeline with Akshay Kumar.
Kriti, on the other hand, has had two releases this year – Shehzada and Adipurush – and both failed to connect with the audience. The actor has recently started her own production house and announced a film titled Do Patti, also starring Kajol. She will also be seen in The Crew with Kareena Kapoor and Tabu. She also has an untitled film Shahid Kapoor in the pipeline.
