France’s IN Groupe has reached an agreement with Nexi to take over its electronic ID business, as part of plans from the Italian payments company to simplify its portfolio.
The companies said in a joint statement that completion of the transaction, for which they didn’t disclose financial terms, is subject to customary closing conditions.
