The Manhattan women’s volleyball team hosts Niagara and Canisius this weekend for the final two games of the season.
Niagara: The Purple Eagles (10-6 MAAC) will be coming into this match up after having been swept by Rider 3-0. The match between the Jaspers and the Purple Eagles earlier this season resulted in a 3-1 victory for the purple eagles.
Canisius: Following that, the Jaspers face the Griffins, (7-9 MAAC). The Griffins will be coming into the match against the Jaspers after having faced Iona on Saturday. Prior to Iona, the Griffins are coming into the match off a win against Saint Peters. Earlier this season the Jaspers were swept by the Griffins.
Leaders: Leading the Jaspers last match was Bertens who led the Jaspers in kills, totaling 21, while Julieanne McKee contributed 40 assists. Leading the defense, Camila Gomez amassed 16 digs for the match.
