Juneau Public Health Center encourages tetanus and hepatitis A vaccine checks before flood cleanup

Juneau, Alaska (KINY) – With the recent flooding of the Mendenhall River, clean-up efforts are underway. If someone is a part of clean-up activities, they are encouraged to check their tetanus and hepatitis A vaccine status.

Check your vaccine status with your healthcare provider, with the Juneau Public Health Center, or by using the State of Alaska immunization records app called Docket:
