implementation of AI. The top barriers cited by those already using or planning to use the technology include a lack of digital skills and concerns regarding ethics and security. It is, therefore, crucial for business leaders to proactively equip their workforce with the skills and confidence required to integrate these technologies into their daily work.

With the democratisation of AI, it is anticipated that at least 80% of all jobs will be automated in some way or another. In the healthcare sector, for instance, automation will assist professionals in efficiently analysing medical images, resulting in improved patient advice and faster diagnosis of conditions. Similarly, in manufacturing, automating quality control and inspection processes will enable workers to devote more time towards strategic responsibilities.

Establishing a strong tech infrastructure involves formulating robust data strategies, prioritising security and ethical guidelines, and aligning workforce development strategies accordingly.
