We embarked out of the Italian port of Trieste. The timing was perfect as we boarded and we had more than enough time to enjoy this incredible seaside port. Mediterranean cruising really is a fantastic way to get up close and personal at each stop.
During our sailing we had the pleasure of visiting a classic olive oil farm in Split, Croatia, and touring that beautiful walled medieval city. We strolled the seaside town of Salerno, and met some incredible people while sipping on an ice cold Aperol Spritz
But the focus of our journey was Norwegian’s new baby, the Viva. At the heart of the ship’s allure is its emphasis on redefining the cruise experience. From the moment passengers step on board, they are greeted by a blend of contemporary elegance and cutting-edge technology.

The pool area is always a welcome place to relax, soak up the sun and enjoy your drink of choice, however we found with so many incredible hideaway options available on deck eight and a seemingly endless supply of culinary delights steps away, it was definitely the premium spot to spend time.

What an incredible culinary journey it offers! You could literally have all of your meals here for the entire voyage and never have the same meal twice, unless of course you choose to.
