“August 31, 2023, Lycoming Valley Regional Police Department obtained a warrant for the arrest of Kenneth Michaels for the murder of John Roskowski that occurred August 17, 2023. This morning, Kenneth Michaels was apprehended without incident at his property in Cape May, New Jersey. He will remain in New Jersey until the extradition process is completed whereupon he will then be transported to the Lycoming County Prison pending his initial Arraignment and preliminary hearing,” according to a news release from the Lycoming County District Attorney’s office on Friday.
“Because this remains an active investigation, no information will be shared publicly beyond what is contained in the Criminal Complaint and Affidavit of Probable Cause,” the news release added.
