Elizabeth Mathew has been appointed as the head of TCS LeaD at Tata Consultancy Services, according to an internal communication seen by Economic Times. The announcement, signed by TCS’ HR head Milind Lakkad, outlined Mathew’s role in leading TCS’ internal program aimed at promoting diversity and leadership at the senior level. As a seasoned professional and a veteran of the company, Mathew, based in Bengaluru, has been a part of TCS since 1989, holding various HR leadership positions across different business groups within the organisation. Her appointment aligns with the series of leadership changes initiated by CEO K Krithivasan since he assumed the leadership role earlier in the year. Preeti D’Mello, the head of diversity and inclusion, and Brinda R, the head of leadership careers, will report to Mathew in her new capacity.
