CHICO, CALIF. — Gunshots were reportedly heard at the parking lot of a Chico business on Sunday morning, but police have yet to find a suspect or a victim in the incident.
Chico Police (CPD) say their officers were along the 200 block of Walnut Street at 2 a.m. on Sunday when they heard gunshots. Officers went to a nearby parking lot, where they reportedly found evidence of a shooting, but did not find a victim or a suspect. CPD believes the suspect fled the scene in an unknown vehicle before their officers arrived, and currently have no description of the suspect in this incident.
