Travel trailers in secure storage targeted by thieves (CHAT NEWS TODAY file)

MEDICINE HAT — Investigators with the Medicine Hat City Police are looking to solve a series of thefts from travel trailers in a secure facility in the Brier Park industrial area of northwest Medicine Hat.
While the investigation is still in the early stages, it’s believed 10 travel trailers were unlawfully entered.
The police service is trying to determine the extent of damage and loss by the affected trailer owners, and identify the person or persons responsible.
The investigators are working in close cooperation with both the trailer owners and the operators of the storage facility.
