Shooting reported at Super Bowl Victory Rally

Police are investigating a reported shooting at the victory rally for the Kansas City Chiefs at Union Station. The Kansas City Fire Department confirmed a shooting happened and is calling it a “fluid situation.” Kansas City poliec say shots were fired west of Union Station and “several people” were struck. Crews were working on at least two people outside of the station. KMBC’s Len Jennings said police were running towards Union Station, and they were coming close to the garage entrance. KMBC’s Lara Moritz said a crowd surrounded someone on the ground. A KMBC photographer said he heard shots fired on the scene. The NFL Network’s James Palmer tweeted a video of police escorting him and others from Union Station.
