David Soul, best known for starring in the ‘Starsky & Hutch’ TV series, has passed away at 80 years old. The TV actor died surrounded by family, according to his wife, Helen Snell. “He shared many extraordinary gifts in the world as actor, singer, storyteller, creative artist and dear friend,” said Snell. Soul starred as Detective Kenneth “Hutch” Hutchinson alongside Paul Michael Glaser in the hit series, which ran from 1975 to 1979. The pair reprised their roles in a 2004 movie remake, starring Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson. Soul was also known for his performances in productions like ‘Here Come The Brides,’ ‘Magnum Force’ and ‘The Yellow Rose’.
