Actress Adah Sharma , best known for her portrayal in The Kerala Story, has been admitted to a hospital right before the promotional event of her upcoming film, Commando. The actress has been diagnosed with severe diarrhea and food allergy. She’s currently under observation and the doctors are taking good care of her. The actress was rushed to hospital when she developed severe hives and started vomiting ahead of the promotion of her new show, Commando.

The Kerala Story actress Adah Sharma was rushed to hospital in the emergency due to a severe burst of stress hives and diarrhea. The actress started to vomit on Wednesday (August 2) morning. The actress is currently busy with the promotions of her upcoming show Commando where she will be seen reprising the role of Bhavana Reddy.

A source close to the artist said, “She came down with a severe burst of stress hives and diarrhea today morning. Currently is under observation.”

The new action-thriller series Commando stars debutante Prem alongside Adah Khan. The show reunites Adah, Amit Sial, Tigmanshu Dhulia, and Mukesh Chhabra in pivotal roles. This also marks yet another collaboration of Adah with Vipul Amrutlal Shah after the success of The Kerala Story. The Commando franchise started in 2013 with Commando: A One Man Army which starred Vidyut Jammwal in the lead. The show will soon premiere on Disney + Hotstar.

Adah Sharma’s The Kerala Story courted controversy for allegedly propagating the idea of ‘love jihad’ through the film. However, the film earned Rs 288 crore in India and Rs 15 crore overseas.
