Yaariyan 2 To Release Soon

The original starred Himansh Kohli in the lead role whereas its sequel brings the trio of Divya Khosla Kumar, Meezaan Jafri, and Pearl V Puri. A poster was dropped today, Aug 9 announcing the release of the film. It has been directed by Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru and will hit the theatre screens on October 20, this year.

Mahesh Manjrekar On Leaving Savarkar Biopic

In an interview, Mahesh Manjrekar said that he left the Savarkar biopic due to Randeep Hooda who will be playing the lead Swantantrya Veer Savarkar. Mahesh revealed that he was going to direct the film initially but then decided to leave the project as Randeep had many issues with the drafts and wanted to make many changes.

Gadar 2 Sells Over 1.3 Lakh Tickets

Directed by Anil Sharma, Gadar 2 starring Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel in the lead is making waves all over. It is doing really well in terms of advance booking. Every day the number keeps increasing. Now, as per the reports, the film has managed to sell over 1.3 lakh tickets in pre-booking. This is for Day 1 and by doing so, Gadar 2 has surpassed SRK’s Pathaan at single screens.

Ranveer Singh As Lead In Don 3

Actor-filmmaker Farhan Akhtar directed Shah Rukh Khan in Don and Don 2. He announced Don 3 yesterday, Aug 8, and today, finally revealed the name of the main lead of the film who will be taking over the mantle. It is going to be none other than Ranveer Singh. The Bajirao Mastani actor will be seen in the iconic role. Farhan even dropped a video introducing him.

Manushi Chillar Jets Off To Hyderabad

Former Miss World who is now a promising actor, Manushi Chillar has some good projects in her kitty. Recently, the actress was seen departing for Hyderabad, where she will be filming her bilingual movie. She will be busy in Hyderabad for a while. As for other works, Manushi will be seen in Tehran opposite John Abraham.
