TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – A 49-year-old Topeka man with multiple warrants was located and arrested on Monday morning at a local establishment shortly after midnight.
Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a business check in the 5000 block of SW Topeka Boulevard. Upon conducting its check, they located and took Ralph S. Shook, 49, of Topeka into custody without issue.
Shook had felony warrants out of Coffey and Shawnee County and an additional misdemeanor warrant out of Shawnee County.
The Shawnee County Department of Corrections booked and arrested Shook on the following charges:
- Possession of a stimulant
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Possession of marijuana
- Criminal use of weapons
This incident is still under investigation.
