The former WWE star bravely opened up on his latest health scare during a recent episode of his Grilling Jr podcast.

And he revealed to co-host Conrad Thompson that he’s yet to get the problem under control – despite repeated insulin injections.

The 71-year-old said: “My blood sugar’s gone crazy and I’m trying to get it under control.

“It’s not under control right now.”

Ross admits he could end up having a SEIZURE in the near future if his levels don’t return to normal.

He said: “My blood sugar is around 400, and that’s dangerous.

“That’s diabetic seizure time.”

He said: “Giving yourself a shot every night is unique, different.”

AEW are refusing to put a timeframe on Ross’ return, giving their beloved commentator all the time he needs to make a full recovery.

But he claimed to be “a few more weeks” away from returning to the booth earlier this month, saying: “I’m pretty good, Conrad.

“Had a busy week at the doctor’s, and trying to get all these little things taken care of.

“They’re not little things if you let them go. So anyway, I’m getting better, I think.

“Still gonna be off work for a few more weeks, and then we’ll just move on, and hopefully, it’ll work out.

“I had a long doctor’s meeting yesterday, over two hours. You know how it goes.”

Ross then jokingly lamented the tough son of a gun that is Father Time.

The WWE Hall of Famer said: “Getting old is the s***s.”
