Lana Del Rey serves waffles.
The “Summertime Sadness” singer apparently moonlighted as a waitress at a Waffle House in Florence, Alabama, according to social media posts from a few of her clients shared on a fan account. Photos released Thursday show the Del Ray in uniform, warmly serving customers and working behind the counter.
In one video, he can be heard saying, “Oh, look at this guy. Oh my God, Charlie doesn’t film it without his permission.
“Just Lana Del Rey works as a waitress in a restaurant,” the caption read.
She even has her own Waffle House name badge.
Another person posed with the singer inside the Waffle House, writing, “To say I’m thrilled is an understatement!!!.”
It’s unclear why Del Rey is currently in Alabama, but she’s reportedly been spotted at a nail salon and a Starbucks in recent days.
CNN has reached out to its rep for comment.
Del Rey recently performed at the Glastonbury Festival in Somerset, England.
She also released her new album, titled “Did You Know There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd.”
